Ken Allen – A resident of Chester County, PA outside of Philadelphia, Mr. Allen graduated from Widener University with a degree in Business Management. In 1987 he founded his own company when the personal and business computer industry was in its infancy. Computer Systems Resources, Inc. (CSRI) is now a dominant turn-key solution provider for IT network design, installation, cyber-security, disaster-recovery, and system maintenance/upgrades. His firm’s clients include schools, retail stores, manufacturing companies, pharmaceutical research and production facilities, engineering & consulting firms, investment banking clients, medical offices, law firms, and design firms throughout the US.
Allison Brink – Originally from Bedminster, PA, Ms. Brink graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Villanova University. She mainly worked in the intensive care units, but held positions in information technology, case management, cardiac rehab, and was the clinical coordinator for the recovery room, pre-admission testing, and same day surgery units. When the children were young, she was heavily involved with the PTA, where she served multiple roles, including President. Presently, Ms. Brink is a volunteer nurse and the Board Secretary at the Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic in Doylestown, PA, a non-profit that provides free medical, dental, and behavioral health services for people who have no insurance. She is very involved with fundraising and patient outreach.
Robert Brink — Mr. Brink earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Drexel University in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He worked in a variety of technical and sales positions in the telecommunication semiconductor industry, most notably at AT&T Bell Laboratories, for 22 years. Presently, he is the President of Pennridge Development Enterprises, a real-estate development company, and a partner in The Ram Pub restaurant in Perkasie, PA. Mr. Brink has been a Pennsylvania Freemason since 1998 and is a Past Master of Saucon Lodge No. 469 in Coopersburg, PA. Mr. Brink is currently serving as the Right Worshipful Deputy Grand Master, and following the normal progression, will be the Grand Master of Masons in Pennsylvania in 2026 and 2027. Mr. Brink is a member of the Shriners International, a Masonic organization that is famous for The Shriners Children’s hospitals, one of the largest pediatric sub-specialty healthcare systems in the world, with locations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Robert Cepielik – Rob is a Managing Director with the Berkeley Research Group and a retired Senior Partner of Deloitte. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and his MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Pennsylvania, Florida and New York) and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. Rob has been a Freemason since 1987, raised at Cache Lodge #416, St. Louis, Missouri and is currently a member of Melita Lodge # 295, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a York Rite Mason (Chapter, Counsel and Commandery) and is a Shriner (LuLu Shriners, Plymouth Meeting Pennsylvania). Rob is a member of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of Masonic Villages of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania and the Tredyffrin Township Municipal Authority. He is an auxiliary member of Dalton-Wanzel American Legion Post No. 646 and has been an Assistant Scout Master and Merit Badge Counselor for Paoli Troop #1 – BSA.
Sue Cunnane – Ms. Cunnane is the Director of Sales & Events for ONE North Broad, within the Masonic Temple, Library & Museum of Philadelphia. Sue earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Her career in the Hospitality Industry has encompassed Senior Management positions with Marriott and Interstate Hotels Corporations, Catering Sales and Event Design with a prominent off-premises Philadelphia-based catering firm, and Venue leadership, sales and management in Museums and Historic Sites throughout Philadelphia and its suburbs. She has successfully designed, developed and led several start-up initiatives in two museums and several historic estates. Her current hospitality industry affiliations include holding executive positions on the Board of Directors of The Philadelphia/So. Jersey/Delaware Chapter of NACE (National Association of Catering and Events) and as the Administrator of PVP (Premier Venues of Philadelphia).
Patrick Dailey – Mr. Dailey is the founder of the Tun Legacy Foundation. A Philadelphia native, Mr. Dailey holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business management from Spring Garden College in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. He served as a Marine Officer with both the 3rd Marine Division and the 1st Marine Air Wing from 1981 to 1985. After leaving active-duty he worked as a cost accountant in the construction industry for 10 years, and the pharmaceutical industry for 26 years. He has served on the Philadelphia Board of The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation since 2001, and in 2022 as a Board member of the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia. He and his wife built, own, and operate a successful restaurant and adjoining retail store in the Philadelphia suburbs for the past 20 years that has been consistently rated one of the best places to eat on Philadelphia’s Mainline according to The Philadelphia Inquirer, Zagat, and The Mainline Times.
Michael Donohue – Mr. Donohue earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law and is an attorney with Smith, Kane, Hollman, LLC in Malvern, PA. As a law clerk, he worked in the Philadelphia regional office of the Bureau of Consumer Protection where he was given an award for outstanding service to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. While attending law school, Mr. Donohue was a staff member of the nationally ranked Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a member of Widener’s Moot Court Honor Society. He was inducted into the Order of the Barrister for significant achievement in appellate advocacy and was the recipient of the Lindsey Law Library Award for excellence in legal research. His practice includes Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Fiduciary Litigation, and Bankruptcy.
John Feeley, U.S. Ambassador (Ret.) – John Feeley is a former U.S. ambassador dedicated to promoting greater mutual understanding between the United States and Latin America and the Caribbean. Ambassador Feeley current serves as the Executive Director for the Center for Media Integrity of the Americas (CMIA). During a 28-year State Department career, he served as Ambassador to Panama, Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d’Affaires in Mexico City, and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs. Ambassador Feeley serves on the Board of Directors of EnvoyGlobal (https://www.envoyglobal.com) and ANDE Rapid DNA (https://www.ande.com). He is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Wilson Center’s Latin America Program and the World Federation of Youth Clubs. Prior to his Foreign Service career, he served as a United States Marine officer and helicopter pilot. He is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a Distinguished Graduate of the National War College.
Colin Flynn – Mr. Flynn joined The Flynn Company in December 2006 and is part of the sales and leasing team in Philadelphia, Delaware County and New Castle County. During his time with The Flynn Company, he represented a large variety of tenants and building owners of local, regional and national corporations. Colin earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation in 2016 and served as the Chapter President from 2021-2023. Prior to joining The Flynn Company, Mr. Flynn was an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps (2002-2006). During that time, he deployed to Iraq and the Republic of Georgia. He now serves on the Philadelphia Ball Committee for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Mr. Flynn is a 2002 graduate of Villanova University with a BA in Communications, and holds a Sales license in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
Paul Garvey – Mr. Garvey is Executive Managing Director of the Philadelphia offices of Cushman & Wakefield. Since 1986, Mr. Garvey has worked with clients and customers in greater Philadelphia and has structured sales and leases for over 7.0 million square feet of commercial real estate. Mr. Garvey majored in Finance and Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He was an officer in the U.S. Navy stationed shipboard and in Europe. Throughout his career Paul has served in leadership roles in not-for-profit organizations – including the Philadelphia Relief Foundation, Pennsylvania Foundation for Housing Opportunity, Boy Scouts of America, Cradle of Liberty Council and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council. He is past President of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and Board Member Emeritus of the Fairmount Park Conservancy. He is currently a Board Member of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation – Philadelphia Campaign
Ken Hopper – Mr. Hopper began his Marine Corps career in May 1979 and served 30 years before retiring in June 2009 as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his Naval Aviator wings in 1982 and primarily flew the KC-130 aircraft. He served in various roles up to the Joint Staff. He had multiple combat deployments, and a tour with the United States Naval Flight Demonstration Team, the “Blue Angels”, piloting the team’s C-130 aircraft “Fat Albert.” Mr. Hopper is a graduate of The Citadel and holds a Master’s Degree from Troy State University in Management; and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from George Mason University. He has accumulated over 10,000 flight hours, qualifying to fly in six different aircraft. He is currently the President/CEO of the Marine Corps Reserve Association and the CEO of the National Marine Corps Coordinating Council.
George Leone – George Leone served as a judge in the New Jersey Superior Court both in the trial courts and in the Appellate Division. From 1995 to 2011, he was an Assistant United States Attorney, and Chief of the Appeals Division, in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. He earlier served as a Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney, and an associate at the Dechert law firm in Philadelphia. He clerked in Camden for Judge James Hunter III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit after graduating from the University of Chicago Law School and Harvard College. Judge Leone is a Trustee for the Battleship New Jersey moored at the Camden waterfront and organized and serves as the Chairman and President of the Homecoming 250 Navy-Marine Corps committee that is working to bring the national 250th birthday celebrations of both the US Navy and the US Marine Corps to Philadelphia in 2025, where they were born.
Bradford Mills – Bradford Mills is Vice President and Central Pennsylvania Regional Manager for Scheer Partners, a commercial real estate broker and developer. He has 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate development, redevelopment, consulting, and brokerage. In addition, he served as CEO of a Philadelphia low-income housing developer from 2007-2008 and as COO of a large Philadelphia area food bank in 2022-2023. Brad was an active volunteer with the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation for over 20 years, including service on its Board of Directors from 2004-2009, as Interim CEO in 2008, and as Co-Chair of its Philadelphia Committee in 2001 and 2016-2021. Prior to beginning his business career, Brad served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps, including service in Operation Desert Storm. He was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2018 as a “Veteran of Influence.”
Craig Mills – Mr. Mills is a Shareholder at the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, specializing in commercial litigation. A former Marine Corps infantry and reconnaissance officer and Gulf War veteran, he has served as President of the St. Andrew’s Society of Philadelphia and Chair of the Philadelphia Committee of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Mr. Mills also served as President of the Union League of Philadelphia, where he led the League’s acquisition of the 310-acre Ace Golf Club and Convention Center, now known as Liberty Hill, and championed the merger of the Union League Legacy Foundation with Freedoms Foundation of Valley Forge, creating a combined entity, Founding Forward, that provides enhanced civics education to high school students and teachers.
BGen Marcela Monahan, USMC (Ret.) – Spanning a 31 year career in the U.S. Marine Corps, General Monahan served in several key Command and Staff positions, including Inspector-Instructor 25th Marine Regiment, Assistant Chief of Staff, G-7 Engineers, Multi-National Force-West in Iraq, Director, Joint Capabilities Assessment & Integration Division, Assistant Deputy Commandant, Combat Development & Integration, and Director, Manpower Management, focused on developing fully integrated Marine Corps warfighting capabilities to enable the Marine Corps to field combat ready forces. In addition to her Marine Corps career, General Monahan held various industry positions supporting clients in transforming operations, business development and strategic growth, using expertise in military doctrine, force readiness and security requirements integration, as well as capacity building, sustainment programs and international relations. She has transformed both commercial and military operational markets by working with teams to develop U.S. and Latin American multi-national programs ensuring life-cycle operational integration, interoperability, and sustainment.
General Monahan is a member of the International Leadership Texas Board of Directors, the Arizona State University Flag Officer Advisory Council, and a Team Rubicon Grey Shirt.
Dennis Morikawa – After graduating from Denison University in 1968, Mr. Morikawa served in the US Army as an officer from 1968 to 1971 including deployment to the Republic of Vietnam (1970-71) where he served with distinction, earning two Bronze Stars. After graduating from Syracuse University College of Law in 1974, Mr. Morikowa began his career at Morgan Lewis as an Associate in 1974 becoming the first Asian American attorney hired by Morgan Lewis and later its first Japanese-American Partner in 1981. He retired from the Partnership in 2014 but has continued to practice as a Senior Counsel of the Firm since that time. He also successfully argued before the Supreme Court of the United States in Consolidated Rail Corp. v. Railways Labor Executives Association, involving the issue of drug-testing in the railroad industry. In 2000, the Government of Japan appointed him Honorary Consul General of Japan in Philadelphia, a position which he continues to hold, acting as political liaison between the Consulate General of Japan in New York and Philadelphia and Pennsylvania political and private sector officials, and acting as the representative of the Ambassador and Consul General of Japan. In 2016 Mr. Morikawa was recognized for his extraordinary service in international diplomacy between Japan and the United States by awarding him The Order of the Rising Sun with Gold Rays and Neck Ribbon. Previous recipients include Clint Eastwood, Hank Aaron, and George Takei.
Matthew Swindle – Mr. Swindle serves as the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of NLine Energy, Inc., a renewable energy developer and solutions provider focused on energy recovery development. In addition to his civilian career, he is Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, serving in enlisted and commissioned officer billets in infantry, reconnaissance, special operations, and intelligence units spanning a 30-year career with several combat deployments. Colonel Swindle served with the Defense Innovation Unit and is the Founder and first Commanding Officer of the Marine Innovation Unit. Mr. Swindle holds a B.A. in Sociology from West Virginia University and a M.A. in National Strategy from the Naval War College. Mr. Swindle is the past National Hydropower Association (NHA) Chair of the Small Hydro Council and Board Member for the Jefferson Islands Club, a nonprofit focused on bipartisanship and conservation.
Myles Tweedy – Mr. Tweedy is a native of Chicago, Illinois serving as the Deputy Director, Veterans Affairs and serves as a Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Over the course of his military career spanning 20 years, he has multiple combat deployments and has served in enlisted and commissioned officer billets in infantry, operations, recruit training, aviation, and intelligence units. He has served on the State of Illinois Veterans Committee Board of Directors and was appointed as the State of Illinois lead for the ending veteran’s homelessness task force. Mr. Tweedy is a graduate of Command and Staff War College and holds a B.A. in Law and Society, a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, and a M.A. in International Relations.
Robert F. Whalen, Jr. – Mr. Whalen graduated from the United States Naval Academy and commissioned as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer. He deployed twice to the Middle East, once to Iraq and once to Yemen and the overall Persian Gulf Region. Captain Whalen led the first security patrols around the USS Cole in Aiden, Yemen. Captain Whalen was a member of 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division and participated in the initial invasion of Iraq in 2003 (Operation Iraqi Freedom). In 2012, Mr. Whalen founded the private equity firm, RW Capital Partners Inc. Mr. Whalen currently is the general partner of over $300M of active real estate investments. Mr. Whalen is the current vice-chairman of the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion Association 501(c)(3), a Trustee of the November 10th Association, the former Treasurer of the Friendly Sons and Daughters of St. Patrick 501(c)(3), the former Chairman of the American Expedition, 501(c)(7), the former chairman of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation (Philadelphia Committee) 501(c)(3), the former chairman of the Tredyffrin Township Planning Commission and former member of the Tredyffrin Township Zoning Hearing Board (Chester County, Pennsylvania).
Scott Wolfertz – Mr. Wolfertz is a life-long resident of Bucks County, PA and graduated from the renowned Williamson College of Trades in 1978. His interest in boxing led to a short career in professional boxing, where he won the Pennsylvania Welter-Weight Champion title in 1979. He served in the USAF for two years, and then transferred to the Army Reserves, Special Forces, and later the PA National Guard, serving an additional 12 years. Mr. Wolfertz was a member of the PA National Guard’s 111th Infantry Regiment (The Associators), the regiment with direct lineage to the militia founded by Ben Franklin in 1747. He is also a Freemason, serving as Worshipful Master of Hermann Humboldt #125, the oldest German-speaking Lodge in America, and a Past Division Commander, Knights Templar. Professionally he is the Vice President of Metro Public Adjustment.
